Phronesis Publications & Knowledge Resources
Our publishing division is being developed for food-science students, educators, researchers and industry professionals. It covers curriculum-aligned textbooks, practical teaching resources, professional manuals and evidence-based articles.
Catalogue status: development. The titles and packages below are planned. No ISBN, published edition, paid download, print stock or institutional endorsement is claimed. Curriculum alignment will name the applicable curriculum and version after a documented mapping review.

Curriculum-aligned textbooks
Planned titles and subject areas: Food Science and Technology, Human Nutrition, Food Safety, Food Microbiology, Food Processing and Preservation, Meat Technology, Beverage Technology, Sugar Technology, Functional Foods and Nutraceuticals, Food Chemistry, Quality Assurance and Research Methodology.
Each ready title will state its author, edition, level, applicable curriculum version, format, price and availability. ISBN details will appear only when assigned. The proposed books are not yet published or available for purchase.
Teaching & learning resources
Planned instructor manuals, study guides, lecture resources, practical and laboratory manuals, MCQ banks, cases, workbooks, scientific illustrations and SOP, HACCP and audit templates.
A starter exercise: describe a product and intended consumer; list each process step; identify possible biological, chemical and physical hazards; record current control measures and the evidence needed. A hazard-review worksheet does not establish a validated HACCP plan on its own.
Free, paid and institutional resource licences will be distinguished when ready.
Professional publications & articles
Planned e-books, technical guides, training handbooks, industry reports, evidence reviews and white papers will translate scientific knowledge into defined practical tasks.
Articles will identify the author, link verifiable references where needed and connect readers to relevant learning or consulting resources. Publication packages will state copyright and permitted use. Journal indexing, impact factors and peer-review recognition will require verified evidence before any claim is made.
